A picture posted by a friend on facebook that made him a 'little' upset. It seems that Manny Villar is using the Ondoy wrath as a premature campaign strategy. Honestly, whatever his intentions are, I believe that the victims of Ondoy are all thankful for his help and any kind of such at this point is truly appreciated. Even so... he's still not at the top of my list.
